Karis Baby Bank update
In the first three months of this year, baby bank has received a 100% in referrals. Last year we helped 323 families across the year; this year we have already received 195 referrals in just over three months.
This reflects the enormous level of need, not surprising given that Ladywood has a child poverty rate of 55% and the West Midlands has the highest level of poverty in the country at 27%.
